Social Security Disability Income (SSDI)

Buckles Law provides representation to individuals under the age of 65 seeking to recover Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) benefits under the Social Security Act. Persons impaired by physical or mental disabilities who cannot be gainfully employed, or who can perform only very minimal work, may qualify for SSDI. Although an individual and their disabled surviving spouse need not be impoverished to qualify for SSDI benefits, numerous important programmatic requirements must be met in order for SSDI benefits to be approved. Buckles Law has recovered SSDI benefits on behalf of the severely disabled and understands not only the SSDI application, appeal, and hearing process, but also the fundamental importance of SSDI in the lives of disabled claimants. Attorney Mark Buckles is available for consultations to discuss potential SSDI claims.
